Virtual? What does that mean?
Merriam-Webster's Online Dictionary defines "virtual" as
4. being on or simulated on a computer or computer network <print or virtual books> <a virtual keyboard>: as a: occurring or existing primarily online <a virtual library> <virtual shopping> b: of, relating to, or existing within a virtual reality <a virtual world> <a virtual tour>
So, that clears things up, right? Yeah, that's what I thought. Maybe this will help...
Virtual in our world simply means "you don't see us." We're there but not necessarily in the same time and space as you.
We're virtual because we work from our own offices, with our own equipment and software, provide our own training, and take care of our own taxes, etc. You hire us as a contractor without any of the effort or expense of engaging a full time employee.
There may be times when you see us: if we're working a conference together, if you're a local client, if you or your VA is in town and you get together for lunch and business. Either way, when you need assistance all you do is pick up the phone or send an email or fax and tell us what you need!
